Setterfield and Shiel make for a strong midfield combintion. I take it Bryan and Roberts flown up as VFL emergencies?

Will be very interested to see how Visentini goes as solo ruck. Will be good for his development.

Bad timing for our FF position, with Gray also gone.

Good to see Vissentini in the ruck and Shiel and Setterfield in.

Saad on the wing will be an interesting prospect.

Caracella needa to play Weideman up forward though.

Why play Weideman uo forward? He’s proven for years that he’s no good up there. Better off giving Reid a go up there

don’t stuff with Reid’s development he needs continuity.

let Hayes and Reid hold the fort in defence and put Weid forward.

Why would you play Reid forward if he’s going to play backline in AFL?
Weideman is more likely to get a AFL game in the forward line than Reid. And even that’s slim.

Let Reid settle as a defender and build some form and chemistry with Hayes.

It will be interesting to see El-Hawli and Nyko on the wings, and also Lual at HB, in the same game. Roberts too, although he is not playing, is a similar type.
El-Hawli is older than the other 3, and a bit more experienced at VFL level. But experience at VFL level is probably not a big factor if you are going to be good enough for AFL, you would need to look good in the VFL pretty much straight away.

Tex FF, Davey CHF, pls

You’re going in tall then?

Suspect the forward line is really going to struggle without Gray. 7 Marks, 13 disposals and kicked 2.2 for Richmond VFL yesterday.

yes, I had hoped that we would draft him.

With Lefau doing a knee injury last night, he may get an AFL game in the not too distant future.

We should sign up with AAMI at three-quarter-time, when we’re still leading.
