Forward line with shades of Merrett, Madden, Salmon :fire:

That forward line 3 genuine talls and smalls.

and the new ruck playing CHB

Smartt on the ball is interesting, didn’t someone say he didn’t have a tank?

Looks like Lual is the carryover emergency

aka the Alec Waterman departure lounge.

I’m assuming that no one is under an injury or illness cloud. This is actually a smart play. Get full games into Tsatas et al. If he ends up playing, just play Lual as the sub.

Still reckon Durham can’t be 100% fit. It wouldn’t surprise me if he does a fitness test this morning and Tsatas is pulled from VFL.

I agree and that decision needs to be taken out of Durhams hands, we all know the guy would put his hand up to play even with a broken leg, we need to protect him from his own courage which we didn’t do last week.
Even rest him as a precautionary measure, surely these nuffies must realise this when the players are dropping like flies.

Tsatas must be thick-skinned, turning up to the VFL every week.

Smartt has played midfield stints before
and he played midfield and forward in Under 18s comp.

Tsatas and Shiel in midfield should be pretty competitive. plus Hatley and O’neill running through there.

Shame that this is going to be played in heavy rain. Not the best conditions to see our new fleet of talls in action.

And McMahon as well?

He played midfield in the VFL last week and was underwhelming.

Could have had celebrated a tad too much after being picked up so tomorrow will be an interesting watch.

This game should help show us whether our 4 selections in the MSD are another set of duds or we have unearthed more than one decent player at VFL level

With a number of talls to come back soon after the bye, we will not get many chances to see what we have at AFL level.

With rain about its a good chance for engorgement on watching footy

He is employed by the club to play footy, and is paid a decent quid to do so
