Great win and entertaining game. I don’t often complain about umpiring but let’s just say the rub of the green didn’t go our way. Weideman impressed, should never play forward again. Bryan was epic and will be a very good AFL ruck, just not at Essendon. El Hawli looks very impressive, hope the ankle is ok. Caddy very competitive, looks like a young Curnow…exciting. Other AFL players were ok, Wanganeen looks good back, Jayden looks the better of the Daveys.
Dylan Shiel is an imposter of a footballer, he was an absolute disgrace…to think we paid 2 first round draft picks for an ordinary seconds player… will go down as the worst trade in AFL history……thanks Dudoro!

I’ve been concerned about him for a while. I mentioned to a mate that he has zero wow factor and rarely if ever takes on the opposition. He doesn’t look like a classy dangerous small forward, nor does he look like an onballer……don’t think he will make it

I thought Alwyn Jr was ok today. Not rush him back into the AFL team next week performance, but one where he did enough nice things to go “ok, now to keep building”.
