I agree (especailly if Langford is out.)
Clarke seems to do well on opposition mids who don’t have heaps of speed, like Cunnington and Cripps. He goes less well on those who can break away quickly Dangerfield.
Last (and only) time Clarke played on Cunnington was 2019 R17.
Clarke: 13 disposals (6 contested,) 12 tackles, 2 clearances, 3 i50s.
Cunnington: 15 disposals, 2 clearances.
Note that this was in a year where (excepting this game) Cunnington averaged 27 disposals and 7.5 clearances. Clarke essentially halved his output.
