I have never attended a VFL match at Victoria Park before, do you need to pay to get in? Or can you just walk straight in?

Play my man Derksen FFS.

Big Boy Baldwin for HFF!

Seriously, though, the the suspense is killing me. I’ve gotta know who it is.

Edit: Never mind. I figured it out.

No. Most of it is now parkland.

That last paragraph lol.

Are we actually a chance to win a VFL game now?

I went there once as a 14 year old kid on my own. (Round 7 1963)
We won 87 to 71 , with 44,000 odd ( mostly rabid Collingwood ) fans packed into the joint.
As an Essendon supporter the atmosphere was hostile leaving the ground. I imagine the closest today would be like being an American in a Taliban marketplace.

I never went back.

I kicked 3 in a forum game at Victoria Park does that count?

I went once in about 1980 when I was about 13. I went with a friend and her father who were Collingwood fans and sat in their members’ stand. We lost and as the only Essendon supporter in the stand it was a traumatic experience to say the least.

I operated the scoreboard for a couple of charity games and was timekeeper for one. I got to push the siren a few times.

We’re about to find out if, as per their website, Collingwood only have 11 players on their VFL list!

The communications specialist should also have tried to be clearer… only the actual Pies who went to WA, or all of them as subsequent contacts? Does that knock off coaches etc as well?

Does that allow them to be cleared to play in the seniors game even if not named, AFL will grant them wait and see.

On that though, the players that went to Perth have all trained together since including VFL players so the whole club Inc admin etc should have to isolate and all be tested and all stood down until a negative result

Tom Browne saying only players who went to Perth (sier and ruscoe) cannot play today.

Wouldn’t make sense if it was whole AFL squad sitting out as if it were that basis then the whole vfl squad couldn’t play either as the AFL listed players playing today would’ve trained with the vfl squad on Thursday night

Going to Victoria Park is always good for your self esteem

Begrudgingly: Vic Park is a great place to watch footy. Easy to get to as well.
