On Saturday night from 7.10pm Essendon take on Port Melbourne at their home ground. The match will be televised. Teams to be announced on Friday night.

So, the only emergency to travel was Goldstein? What if there is a pre-match injury to a non-ruckman? Seems an odd choice, but what would I know?

Tsatas and Day-Wicks were the other AFL emergencies, but they are listed for the VFL.
It’s actually shaping up as a reasonable VFL team these days
