Half-time.
An Essendon full-forward tests the wind (hint: it blowing up your top means it’s behind you, and strong), and then bangs it home.
Hilarious you have 4 big cameras waiting on the ground to get the same running-out shot as each other; but at least someone took my pre-game position after halftime.
LOL, Dojiok runs away from an out-on-the-full rather than take the shot at goal.
Ump was not fooled.
No score for Pies or Dees, 8 minutes in. Not too windy, a few spots of rain.
Carn Pies!
(Loser is eliminated, and right now Casey look to be the biggest threat to us winning the premiership.)
Two times now, Dojiok has responsibly handed off to someone else… who then botched the kick.
Casey lead 6-0 at quarter time. They only really took over in that last five minutes, and their disposal and deep entries were notably better than the Pies’.
25-2 at halftime. Pies having a red hot go, but they’re just not good enough.
27-2 at the final break. Casey have a slight breeze in the last.
I’m starting next week’s thread.
EDIT: DeMatteoooooooooooooo! I forgot there was a double-whistle time break. It’s 27-9, I’ll wait until it’s clear Monique is not goring to drag them over the line. Rain starts.
The double whistle was for Demon Cara McCrossan, who may have been concussed.
McCrossan back on and kicks her second goal. 33-10 (a Pie missed from ten out!) with 8 minutes left.
It’s over.
