Oops.

Ouch. Was it her knee?

Definitely looked to be the right knee. It’s what she grabbed for, and what was being held still as six people carried her off.

Casey having a go this quarter, but halfway through they lead it by a paltry 1-0.

5 years ago we won a single game in the entire season. How far this program has come. Feeling a lot of pride and joy for the people who work hard every week for this team. :two_hearts:

As a punter in the crowd from the first game to now, I have that same feeling.

No more jogging to contests, please. Foot on throat for the rest of the season.

Let’s take this three rounds at a time. Based on today and the pre-season match, we’ll beat Casey.

That means round 12 will likely determine whether the 1v2 final will be at Windy Hill or Box Hill.

Except for sixth place, as I will discuss later, the huge spread of percentages means we can largely ignore that while prognosticating.

The Saints and Cats are almost certain to play the 4v5 final.

Casey will play sixth place in the other final, and then very likely play the winner of 1v2 to have a chance to progress straight to the Grand Final.

On sixth place:

  • Darebin have us/Cats/Hawks/Port – so two beltings.
  • Pies have Casey/Dogs/Port/Cats – so prob one belting but the ability to grab percentage back vs the Dogs.
  • Still up for grabs – you gotta win what is in front of ya – but you’d say the Pies are favourites to end sixth.
  • Norf are an outside chance if the two above both crap their dacks. They play two teams below them and both the Cats and the Saints.

You’d think aflstats could update an image!

Clifford would be just left of frame.

Duck, Dicker!

Asciak went to the Draper School of Ball Dropping.

(I think this was an outlier, but eek.)

The other debutant, Williams.

Orritt mostly did defensive stuff.

We wait for the introduction of our clear top three NAB Leaguers: in no particular order that’s Macdonald, Di Donato, and Sutton. Four rounds left to play the one game to qualify for finals (AFLW players need to play three such games).
