Disappointing but will be nice when we beat them in the GF.

Had the commentary on mute again, just another Collingwood wankfest.

Mia and Kenny in tears on the way off.

:worried:

That’s not good, hopefully they’re ok.

So close. Had enough chances to win it. Oh well…Another chance
next week.

We’ll be playing against either Port Melbourne or Carlton at North Port Oval next Sunday (Time TBC).

Your having a dig at other fans who havent been following the VFLW with that comment

Was asking a quesiton and you have to be all snarky about it wht do you hate me so much?

You waited till we were “out”, and then went sniping… spare me the pity party.

Final structure has been extensively documented, including in the first post of this thread.

Wasnt waiting to snipe I thought they did really to well this season after the dramas of last season.

Probably better to play next week than have the week off.
Provided we win next week of course.

Can’t agree with that. One better kick and we are premiership favourites, not fighting just to reach the Grand Final. Especially if Mia needs a week off.

What were last year’s dramas?

Didnt ■■■■ hit the fan with the womens team? Major left, some of the girls wernt happy etc

Glad that it all worked out

Premiership coach leaves. Of course some preferred him to stay.
We have always been a Premiership threat this year. Both internally and externally.
The team is united, regardless of last year’s ‘dramas’.
Watching them on gameday it’s evident. Win lose or draw.

So we won or drew basically all of the stats apart from tackles and hit-outs (more on the latter below). That resulted in a 35-25 inside fifty count and certainly enough chances to win.

Hit-outs we lost 41-49 but we won clearances 38-27, and our rucks (33 disposals, 14 clearances, 14 tackles) obliterated theirs after the tap (10 disposals, 1 clearance, 7 tackles). Yes, Meg did spend a bit of time as a midfielder, but even without that it wasn’t close.

Jess Bates was good but well down on her usual output (just 19 disposals, but 13 tackles and 8 clearances). She’s not a front-runner; she was doing plenty of work to try to repress her opponent too.

Caitlin Bunker had a game-leading 18 tackles.
