So Much For Love is an absolute cracker, but this version (and I have the 12”) does not have that perfect intro. It’s still good, but…why would you give them a different and slightly worse version?
West End Girls, natch, but I also have that o. The very excellent Disco.
Tarzan Boy is soooo stupid but that’s part of its charm. Nobody needs an extended version of that song.
Love An Adventure 12” is genuinely good (‘This is the adventure!).

Oh… and I quite like Sex and Fame too. Mike Chapman (noted Blondie producer) had an infatuation with Oz bands for a while there… Jump Incorporated, Divinyls, Baby Animals etc.
I’ve got the 7” gatefold of Baby. Never saw the 12”.
I’ve got the 12” of Mr Big…somewhere. Pretty sure it has a live version of No Promises on it (which no doubt influenced the purchase).

The thrill of the chase! Having finally nabbed a grail record of mine after ~20 years of hunting, I now understand the feeling. I’ve flipped through hundreds (thousands?) of crates, made countless searches on the websites of Australian record stores big and small, sent thumb-numbing amounts of messages and emails from my phone to Discogs users and other sources… To at last secure it from a record store in my own backyard in Brisbane today was just

Early LA 80s hardcore with a step toward their future deathrock/gothic territory, TSOL’S Dance With Me, simply put, is the ■■■■. Now the proud owner of an original 1981 pressing, 1 of 1000! One of the tells of an original Frontier Records pressing is the “I won!” etching - definitely feels like I won today.

It’s a great feeling! I’ve been through it twice for music-related items - once for an XTC CD single, again for an Ups & Downs single.
The first involved receiving a package in the mail… that nervous wait for its arrival, that tingly sense of anticipation as I carefully opened it.
The second one was actually in a record shop, doing my dutiful flick through the “U” section of the 7" singles, then not quite believing what I was seeing, then forgetting everything else I went in to look for, in my haste to reach the counter and pay, no matter the price…
In both cases, these were followed by a smug sense of satisfaction, then a fleeting feeling of “is that it?”, followed again by that entirely satisfied feeling… 
That is quite droll.
