Vinyl LP's & 45's

What does one of those set someone back?

They only made 1000 of them…

Wont sound quality be limited/improved by the rest of the AV set up?

Yep…Speakers, Amp, Phono PreAmp.
How clean can you get the grooves of those older records etc…

Let me know what you decide. Are they Australian pressings? And is it the box set or separate?

All very good questions that I have no idea about
They are my mother in laws.
My old man gave away his vinyl collection to my uncle
He had the full collection of Beetles, Led Zepplin and some others that I can’t remember

I’ll do some investigating

I think I have Greek ones floating around the place

I think each vinyl was bought separately

Let me know what you find out. I’d be interested in them. Especially if Mono versions, from 2014.

Thanks for the offer.

Turns out my mate already has this album, and I don’t have a turntable set up, and not sure I want to get addicted to vinyl just yet.

I will swing by and take a look tho, and mention it to my buddies who usually have to come Northside to find the decent stuff.

Looks like a nice shop

Chocolate and Cheese by Ween. Incredible album. Matched only by its cover. Hail the Boognish.

Had a reasonable week filling in gaps in my Aussie icons vinyl collection. The Angels album is a white label promo; $29 felt high but the Clapton was $50 which I grudgingly paid, knowing I’m seeing him from the front row in about three weeks…

Phalanx is a great, great album.

Obscene prices.
Not really relevant, just having a ■■■■■.

I don’t think I’ve heard it before. I saw a very late iteration of Australian Crawl and didn’t enjoy them much. Having seen them around the Frankston traps a fair bit early on I thought they’d lost a certain charm by the time of their demise. Will give Phalanx a spin tonight.

Never saw Aussie Crawl but have seen James Reyne (plus band) four times and is as good a rock show as you will get! Mixed the songs from his solo stuff and Crawl and had a belter of a rhythm section - very impressed!

La Califuso…nah.
Love Beats Me Up…vastly under-rated and best version.
