Anyone know how? In Japan currently, missed the Suns game will miss the Blues also. Would love to watch it live, Kayo won’t work over here, hoping somebody on here knows a way maybe?
vpn
Use a VPN to spoof your IP to an Australian location and then try Kayo
Are they easy to setup though? I’m a complete novice with stuff like that
Express VPN was mentioned in the other thread as working with Kayo
I’m overseas in Tassie. Kayo if someone comes in and it’s on their phone or the Club Hotel on the big screens with fox. And a cold cascade.
Yeah super intuitive these days. I’ve used NordVPN before as well as others. You can download on both phone/PC.
Install a VPN on your device, I like Nord VPN (may have to pay for a month then cancel). Go into the VPN app set country to AUS, then exit and open Kayo. Kayo will then think you are in AUS and should work.
As has been mentioned, VPN your best bet if you already have Kayo.
There’s always www.watchafl.com.au (designed for watching overseas). Not the cheapest option though, would set you back $24 for a week
Ok awesome, thanks everyone will give that vpn a go and watchafl as a backup plan, thanks!
PS farkCarlton
Ive used express vpn but kayo sometimes blocks the IP and detects a vpn. So not fool proof. You can get most of them on a trial for a week to start. Easy to setup, just sont forget to cancel

Check if hotel has ABC Australia channel.
If yes! Watch for free.(confirm with their tv guide - google for it)
If not -
Prior to game day try a free VPN (many offer a free trial or a nominal amount) - set Australia as your country then try your Kayo account.(if you subscribe)
-
If VPN fails(kayo does block some) subscribe to watchafl.com.au - cost as mentioned above.
I shared in the tech thread this morning for the same question. Everyone in here has provided the best options. I’d start with John Rain’s house and go from there.
I live permanently overseas so I subscribe to watchafl and it works pretty well, but in your situation these are the options I’d try (if John Rain won’t answer the door).
I’ve got Norton on my phone, iPad and laptop and just switch the VPN to Aussie location and have no issue watching Kayo anywhere we have been including airlines.
What VPN do you use?
A little bit too Zen for my liking. Most mortals would burst into flames on entering.
