I’m not very confident about this appointment at all.

Is there any other club in the league who would have taken on a coach who has been at Gold Coast for the last 8 years?

Long time coaching. Under McKenna? / Eade - very experienced / Dew - who was highly touted

He has done the Lev4 coaching accred that not many have.

GC certainly haven’t had onfield performance but that is more to do with state of their list.

This is quite impressive…

If he is our fwds coach is a zillion times better than our outgoing.

I suspect our coaching budget is probably maxed out also so can’t be going after the best fwd coach from other clubs.

And frankly Caracella is the best and we already have him in likely an overseeing role.
