Can’t stand Rance - most overrated defender in the game.
Few years later…
What an amazing pick up - love Rance and what he’ll bring to the Bombers. Was such an amazing player.

Being cynical I wonder what he can teach our players apart from being unaccountable for their own opponent and just be 3rd man up creating the outnumber. TBH Ridley is already pretty good at spoiling everything in sight anyway. Maybe he can teach our players how to become shooting stars memes.
On a slightly less cynical note, being scored against is an area in which we need to improve, and he’s here now, so back him in.

Should be a good appointment, working with key position players, and player development.
The fact that he worked with Rutten and Caracella in a development role at Richmond should help him settle in quickly without too much stress.
Also having people who have had premiership experience can help
