50 years ago maybe but yeah it was very humid too
Singapore la.
Humidity 80% today
I do. I donāt visit them outside of nov / dec / jan
Itās one place I donāt think I could return to.
Loved the place, but that humidity is just too much. Every day, just relentless. Draining.
Also bom says itās 84% right now.
Fish n chip shops that sell a minimum chips and then they also sell a half serve.
That is now the minimum ya ****wits!
Minimum but not to capacity.
Donāt get clever science person.
Schweppes Lime Juice Cordial having been discontinued.
Have drunk this stuff for over 50 years. Itās a staple of Lemon Lime & Bitters, and a ripper to use with a Sodastream.
I donāt drink it often, but I always have a bottle in the cupboard for when those occasional cravings hit. Parents always had a bottle at the back of the cupboard when we were kids.
Went to buy another bottle today. Nopeā¦
A big fark you to Schweppes for this (and also for discontinuing Tarax Black Label Lemonade, the best Lemonade there ever was).
Try Bickfords or Billsons lime juice cordial
Noooooo
Havenāt tried the Bickfords, but Bilsons (and the Coles brand) is a poor substitute unfortunately. I find most of Bilsons flavours sickly or chemically.
Iāll give the Bickfords a go.
What are you using it for/with?
For eitherā¦
Lemon Lime & Bitters
A glass of Lime Cordial (just with tap water)
As a mixer with carbonated water from the Sodastream.
Have been using Bickfords for years. They also have a zero sugar option.
Yep, the Bickfords diet lime is actually pretty good.
There is akways a bottle of Bickfords diet lime cordial in my fridge. I probably go through 2-3 bottles a week.
Mrs Fox was real cranky about this as well. She found Bickfords and now reckons it is better than Schweppes.
A further plus for Bickfords is that it is a privately owned by an Australian family. It also uses natural ingredients, mostly Australian sourced. Its pomegranate juice is the best and its sarsaparilla is natural, not artificial ( Billsonās sarsaparilla cordial is also natural).
Minimum has shrunk in size but gone up in price.
