I think a big part of the problem (but not the only part) is psychological.
I think itās possible we have a large number of players with fairly low levels of resilience. Maybe moreso than most clubs.
Given it appears to have been a problem for almost 16 years perhaps our drafting and screening methodology is flawed and/or weāve prioritised the wrong qualities.
Oh and our midfield is still ā ā ā ā .
Bottom 6 in the league for sure.
On field we need some angry hard ā ā ā ā ā at the club that have seriously high standards!
Off field someone with some ā ā ā ā ā ā ā balls to publicly speak up on behalf of the fans when ā ā ā ā like the Rampe incident happened would be nice!

Well, like I said at the start of the season, a person I know is well connected at Richmond and he said āsomething stinks at your club, cant say anymore but something stinksā. For someone at Richmond to say/know that then surely there is something there. Surely someone with Essendon contacts knows something???

Maybe we should also play guys who are fit and when they get injured we should take the opportunity to blood some younger guys. Instead we just drive the the injured into the ground and tell the young guys that they are a worse option than a guy running around at 50%.
