I feel like it was already reported that we thought about it, but ultimately conceded that we needed to spend the draft capital on multiple players instead…which I’m happy we did. Maybe they would target him for when he comes OOC in 2028 when our list hopefully has a better spread of talent?

Given GWS have drafted a million small forwards in recent years and we’re desperate to fill a hole in that area I hope that we’re getting in the ear of the lads that are not getting a fair look in up there. I’d be especially keen to try and poach Ollie Hannaford, a guy that I really liked in his draft year and who proved himself capable at either end of the ground.
Tough and competitive, applies elite defensive pressure and fantastic in 1v1 situations.
