Something fishy going on, reserved seating memberships weren’t at capacity. I think they want to create ‘exceeding capacity’ of seating and introduce ‘reserved seat bays’ for some categories. I mentioned this earlier this year. I’m sensing something could be approaching.

I want them to find a leader who knows what needs to be done and has a strategy to do it. I can’t put it any more specifically than that. We don’t have a leader, or group of leaders. The people who should be leading the club don’t see a clear way forward so they are going nowhere.
This would be my letter to members, if I was CEO:
Dear Essendon Members,
We have sold the hanger.
We are moving back to Windy Hill. I personally drove a bulldozer through to bowls club and collected some of the old ■■■■■ in the process.
We are moving back to the G. Marvel can go ■■■■ itself.
We have sold our pokies.
We are committing to a full rebuild.
Adrian Dodoro was a hack. Is a hack. And will remain a hack.
