 it’s been stated before and clearly on his rĂ©sumĂ© that wherever he goes success does too
 I have a feeling his say is ignored somewhat 
 either by player ignorance / stupidity or from the head coach.

Not saying he should be the coach , but he has a 100% win ratio

With a senior experience old head with him, Choco type.

If we can somehow persuade those to join us. $$$ are persuasive but we need to convince them it won’t be a shitshow. Hot tip: it probably will be a shitshow

How about Yze, and then we poach Choco to mentor him? They have some good recent experience at success together, Yze would not be a poaching, but Choco would.

Coach = Adam Yze.
Senior Assistant = Mark Williams.

I’d personally love that. They’ve already worked together so I assume they would have intimate knowledge of how they each think & see the game.

I’ve also always been a fan of Don Pyke, although I understand the baggage that goes along with it due to the camp debacle. It would be a very Essendon choice in a sense that there would already be some built in controversy around it, and something that opposition supporters & the media in general can latch onto right from the word go to smash us over.

I’m against Hird because he isn’t a good enough coach, nor experienced enough for our club. Nothing to do with the saga.

And how did you correlate me thinking we should interview Pyke with me saying he should be our coach right now?

I would be looking into him, and finding out exactly how much he had to do with the camp by speaking to him and others directly

Yze was actually supposed to come to us before the 2021 season and Melbourne poached him last minute.

We ended up getting Gia instead.

We were very keen on Yze.
