Honestly, I don’t care… as long as we go through a proper process and whichever new coach is coming on board understands where our list is at, and can develop a game plan to suit our players and play people in the right positions

Not sure where the love for Ross is coming from.
We have a young developing squad with very few older experienced players. Has Ross developed a group of kids?
Grant Thomas put together that young list at the saints. Mark Harvey did the same at Fremantle.
Ross is a polisher, gets a group firing to make finals. And what has he won? Most overrated coach in the AFL.

He’s not what we need.
