Feedback about Woosha was he was always a good man manager and built a good culture but when it comes to game day tactics he isn’t up to it. He also believes in player initiative… that’s great but you have to have the players to have that approach.

Thats the problem. As far as I was concerned he never had any redeeming features as a coach. Could not understand the reasons behind his appointment in the first place. Coming off a drugs saga we appoint a pharamcist who was in charge of one of the most celebrated drug taking teams of all time. Beggared belief.
And despite them having probably one of the most star studded sides ever, managed to win one grand final. Hardly a stellar resume.
