#1 Andy McGrath loves finals football (Part 1)

He’s freaking good defensively. I’d imagine next year he’ll play more half back, and move towards midfield from then on. Why is this even a discussion?

He did some midding last week. I watched the 1st half again last night, and although he didn’t see a heap of it, he looked comfortable & did some good things.

The slap on to Jobe on the wing boundary was great vision & touch.

He hasn’t torn a game apart yet, but the brains, the effort, the skills and the athleticism have been on show.

Nothing wrong with him, not at all.

I want to see him run down Eddy Betts at least once, unless Ambo gets to do it first.

Reminds me of Wanganeen.

The best player in his draft class.

Has to get the rising star nom this week

Has such fast hands, half his team mates arent ready for it.

Outstanding game. Love how he’s getting more confidence to take the game on and give us some run. Looks to handball a bit too often (which is understandable for a kid in game four) but the class is clearly there.

Its all there to see. Was terrific in some of the one on ones vs Betts. Almost taking that one handed mark. So ■■■■■■ impressive.

GUN!!!

Because they’ve got used to having such slow footy brains.

McCluggage would have gone back and kicked that goal :sunglasses:
