Clearly there are some within the club using robbo as a mouthpiece to try and communicate…….something.
I don’t think they’ve really achieved anything other than to create possibly more confusion and likely erode supporter and member confidence just a little more.

Kako wants to be an ‘entertainer’. I just hope he becomes a high-quality small forward. It’s what we desperately need.

He was a journeyman ruckman who came to us as his 3rd club from GWS wasn’t he??

Do we have a small forwards specialist coach at Tulla?
Not just a forwards coach but an ex AFL small gun that can help with the skills, positioning, little tricks, advice, best prep and goalkicking tips just for those guys?
We’ve got a pretty talented bunch there that since Tippa have struggled to hit the scoreboard enough and stay effective in a game. Guelfi, Gresham, Davey twins, Menzie and now Kako (presumably) would all benefit from a small forward expert, sharing experience etc … like an Eddie Betts (isn’t he at the Cattery p/t)?.
Get the right specialist coach in to help develop Kako and the rest properly for AFL on a 121 basis. We get 10-15% improved ouput i.e. pressure and goals from this group we’ll be a heap more competitive.
Are you suggesting that Essendon should actually develop the players it drafts???
That bold notion hasn’t yet caught on with the “brains” trust at the Hangar.

How does that benefit them?
You can say that about any bid.
But if they have a need why not.
Yeah but they should only do it now if they rank him there, otherwise there is no benefit.
Clubs sometimes bid to absorb picks or force a trade, saints don’t really benefits from that now that 9 has gone.
I don’t think a bid comes within 10 now.
