Bomber Thompson bought them to the EFC not James Hird. The two men had both been at Geelong and the Melbourne footy club before that.
Later Thompson and Hird, tried to get Dank and the Weapon removed from the club but Hird and Thompson were ignored no one listened to them or acted on the information.
