It’s sad, but he’s mid-20s and made of glass. Hard to see him with much future here.
If he’s injured, that bloody sucks.
I was wondering why we never tried him at the centre bounce. Stringer was very ineffective when he was in there (unless he was blocking and defending for others).

Just saw him limping as a Carlton player ran past him after twisting his knee.
Not sure what the time difference is between the two times, but there should have been a greater effort to get him off the field.
This is where the individual needs to know their own body and know its detriment to the team if he stays on the field.
Firstly, his impact is severely reduced and secondly, he runs the risk of further injury and setback.

The two incidents were about 30 or 40 seconds apart iirc. You could see Setters go down in the background , we rebounded from half back, turned it back over, might have been a stoppage next phase of play was Carlton running away from him.

If he’s best 22, go and target a better midfielder during the trade period to take his spot.

No he’s not he’s playing the same way like he did at Carlton
FCFC did the exact same thing to him and proved it didn’t work, he’s a CBA player and nothing else, but we’d rather insist on putting stringer in and burning through his tank before half time

All to try and fit in a bloke that’d cost a shitload of draft capital in an area of far lesser need than others.

He’s out of contract this year and if we lure Yeo across (maybe a pipe dream but we have been linked with him) as a free agent I can see Setterfield being delisted. He’s not best 22 anymore
