So as part of the discipline process we knee capped him just a little bit to make sure it was a little worse?

Draper is over rated, erratic and injury prone
Averages 21 hit outs, 0.4 goals and under 10 possessions a game…
And in his 5 years at the club only plays 12 games a year
Don’t mind his swagger and attitude but he’s not even in the top dozen or so ruckman in the comp…
I’d gladly sell him if the right offer came

I have watched Visentini’s older brother in his last 2 games for PA. Earliest of days but if our Visi plays anything like their Visi, we are on a winner.

I think Given Drapers lack of footy nous, he need to play the main ruck role and follow the ball.
Needs a rocket and a massive preseason.

Why don’t we just see what he can do later in the year injury free ?
He might be the difference between winning a Final, or coming up short.
I suspect Goldy will fall away later in the season.

Could easily go from cult hero status to legendary with one take away and strike of the ball through the sticks at a pivotal moment during a monumental game
But could also just as easily become the villain getting caught out red handed and/or skewing the ball off the side of the boot in the dying moments

Don’t reckon you could ever say that Draper doesn’t give 100%. He may not have the natural ability of Joey or his footy background, but I would not question his character.
He likes a joke and acts like a big kid, but we get our money’s worth.
