Dunno how much is true but heard that Farrow had to get out of WA as his mates aren’t good influences.
Seems like a very weird thing to suggest. Not like he requested a trade out of the state.
Then looking at his social media it still doesn’t make a lot of sense, looks like a private school kid from a good family and nothing really screams delinquent mates.
@noobermensch videos are A-grade and one gives us real insight into the potential of this lad. I’m bullish. He appears to be a stellar pick among the other 2.
He looks like he has real class. Particularly through the centre in latter games.
Kudos Rosa and team.
My own theory here but it’s well known that illicit drugs are more prevalent in the teenage scene in Perth.
There’s been a lack of quality draftees out of WA recently. Perhaps some talented youngsters get distracted and can’t stay disciplined growing up.
Getting drafted use to be about who is the most talented. Not it’s about talent and work ethic, fitness, discipline
That is why God gave us two hands remember.
He always intended us to use both.
Surely his most famous kick was missing the shot on goal after the siren, and after Rampe climbed the goal post when every single maggot on the ground forgot what the rules were, and he and Heppel had a good laugh after the loss.
We all know it’s the grass at the hangar.
@rotorog breaks a 4 year drought on Blitz to discuss God’s plans for proper use of human anatomy.
Hepps carries around clumps of hangar grass on his shoes just for photo opps?
Gerryne is the most non anglo looking anglo bloke in footy. I thought he was a different background but saw his parents and doesn’t seem that way.
I could be wrong but I think Gerreyn is part Sri Lankan, like CDT.
My old boss used to say try your left hand , it feels like a stranger.
Jac Sparrow
You might be right, but I can’t find that anywhere online. CDT is almost the opposite, full sri Lankan father, but looks Anglo. Good to see some players coming through with different backgrounds now. Also interesting Farrow is English, his family only moved here when he was younger.
The kid missed the early state rep squad , got himself some specialist coaching, knuckled down, worked his backside off to become WA’s best player by - and during -the Championships and was their only player taken in an extended first round.
Good influences or bad, his mates don’t seem to have hampered his self driven determination. I suspect it’s nonsense that he had to get out of WA.
Welcome JaFa, wrapped to have you onboard the red and black.
Tis absolute garbage
