Well, that's a debacle. Remove the lion, the blue trim, and the faint lions that makes it look like maroon camo, and it might be passable. "Oh but if we removed all the lions nobody would know what team was playing" Yeah well what does that tell you about the design then?
Someone seriously needs to tell the people in charge of jumper design to stop trying to cover every inch of the damn things in symbols and meanings. Team colours in stripes/hoops/sash/yoke as appropriate, or white with appropriate trim colours for clash tops, it's not that hard. Instead it's all "symbolising" this, "recognising" that, and "spirit" the other thing. Football jumpers are a symbol all on their own, they don't need to be dolled up like a coat of arms.

Looks like a design where they didn't know where to stop. They don't need that vertical stripe down the middle. Without that it wouldn't be too bad.
