And he might still grow a bit too. BIG INSIDE MID.
Is he a top 5 pick? And tied to any academies?

Exactly my thoughts. Given our preference for skinny kids it limits our drafting options (this is a joke)
He was 182cm last year and I’m not sure he has grown much more since then. He isn’t academy but certainly in the top 5 mix from what I’ve seen of him so far.
ahh maribynong college, remember when this place was a 1 way ticket to a stabbing?
Would happily tank to get him.
He is Judd 2.0 imo.
Nah that player is next year Horne reminds me a bit of Ablett Jr in the way he moves. Very strong overhead though.
so we have to tank for two years to get Horne, Judd 2.0 and the Daveys?
Doubt we’ll need to do much tanking.
Question on Josh Kemp who is playing in our VFL.
Was he in last year’s draft? I looked at the profile you guys did on him and he looks a very promising small forward.
Nah a few years ago
Oh okay.
Do you rate him as a small forward?
Yeah I do he is capable of some freaky things, has a great leap and good speed both in attack and in defending. His light frame is his biggest worry and his output could be better over 4 quarters.
I really, really liked the look of Callow in Norwood’s trial game today
Did Murley make the league squad?
Not this week. Not sure if he is carrying an injury or not. Didn’t see our reserves this morning so not sure if he played or not. We have our 3rd and final trial game next weekend.
BTW Nelligan played league today and kicked a couple, showed some real smarts around the goals
Wasn’t Callow on his way to the Hawks?
That’s what we all thought. Norwood and Callow understood that it was as good as done. To his credit he came back to Norwood and his attitude and commitment has been exemplary.
He presents and leads well for a kid, if our mids can give him even half decent service I think he will go well
Hawthorn desperately need someone like Callow developing on their list. I hope the kid can find a spot somewhere soon
