2022 Draft Watch (Part 1)

Forgive me for posting something from bigfooty, but draft watcher PMBangers (writes for AFL Draft Central with The Don) says most likely after 40:

Unsurprising, given his degenerative knee condition. We might throw him a bone and take him in the rookie draft, though.

Ol 'Swiss Cheese Adductors" Munkara eh?

edit: changed the muscle group because the first one I wrote was too triggering

That’s what my completely reliable sources say!

He has a knee condition? Didn’t know that

Yep. Both knees. Cactus.

Damn that’s heartbreaking. He’s an incredible talent

I think the daveys need their own thread and each week the don updates us where he predicts both will go in the draft

I can’t imagine Jayden’s would have much movement unfortunately…

A couple of years away but Sid Draper just wow.
Real standout in the U16’s so far this year

Arlo’s brother?

Yep, little brother.
13 clearances today, next highest on ground was 6.
Had 33 touches and a couple of goals

Whatever happens at the end of this year it looks like next year we might finally have something exciting up forward to watch between the Davey’s and potentially Munkara or Hill along with Wanganeen.

And hopefully Tippa sticks around.

We will miss out on Munkara.

Hey now… Just because his achilles is shot, doesn’t mean we won’t take a punt on him as a rookie or SSP selection. I think we could find a place for him on the team.

Because he will go top 40?
If so maybe we can use our first round pick?
Looks exciting.

We will have a top 5 pick.

I doubt he will go that high.

Sadly you’re right on the first count.
Then we have to hope he doesn’t go top 40!
Typical the rules are changed and we will lose a talent.
