2022 trade speculation (Part 2)

chatting to my swans mate yesterday he thought we should go after the Josh Kennedy double to add experience to our young list for a season. He’s younger than Mundy right

b: McGrath Zerk-Thatcher Laverde
hb: Merrett Ridley Redman
c: Martin Kennedy Langford
hf: Stringer Wright Jones
f: Wanganeen Kennedy Davey
r: Draper Parish Shiel

Immediately addresses inside mid weakness and Key forward support.

Agreed

Most ppl at my work are frustrated and it spreads quickly the morale

Imagine JJK, Phillips and 2MP getting around in the forward line at the same time - it would be like Jurassic Park in there.

One is physically cooked (swans) and the other is just over playing footy.

We should pursue neither.

That makes our mids look like midgets

How many list spots do you think we have?

Also, why would they come to us to play VFL?

So Richmond bring in Taranto and Hopper, Jack Ross has very little chance of getting inside mid time now, he’s 21 and 187cm, contracted till 2024 would they be willing to clear his contract to fit in their big signings?

We made the play for Brodie in 2020. Last year he’d decided on Fremantle.

Despite the opportunities he averaged 1.7 clearances. McGrath at the same age averaged 5. He’s not good enough.

There is a reason they need both Hopper and Taranto.

Pass on Graham, not helping tigers out and he isn’t that good.

What’s Graham go to do with it?

How many opportunities has he had inside for them, where can we see the CBA for the Tigers?

Imagine tigers will look at offloading him too
Pass on Ross as well

If this site is accurate it says Jack Ross attended only 14% of CB, perhaps he gets more opportunity with us?

I appreciate looking at the positives in a player and envisioning what their potential could bring.

I just despise us going through FC’s bins for something to eat.

He either wasn’t good enough or Tigers didn’t rate him enough to play him there. Apart from being 187cm tall, is there a single reason we should be interested in him?

Haynes plays the role Ridley played in ‘20-21. Not much point in that trade.

Didn’t Ross re-sign with the Tigers in the last couple of weeks? Fair to say he’s probably not going anywhere.
