Yeah I agree with this, I think I’ll be playing with 17 quite regularly early on in the season, potentially more if more mids get injured
I am very happy with Brad Close and Stephenson.
Stephenson can score big (even though it’s less than a handful of 100s per season) and he finished last year well. Close might just improve well enough to be a keeper.

Damn. Looks like I looked at the wrong year for Stephenson. He finished the year pretty poorly.

I think I’ll regret not taking a ruckman with one of my picks to this point.
Even a scrubber averaging 50s would have been fine to go with.
You never see the ruck rush until it happens, and then you go…oh, Fark…

Yeah. This is the longest break between picks that I have, so I’ve had a chance to sort out what I’m lacking.
My next three picks are within 10 picks of each other, so I need to make those count.
Probably can go a ruck, midfielder, a backman and forward with the rest of my picks.

So I’m interested to know in the reasoning behind it (I may have missed it)? Why did this league increase two extra midfielder spots, whilst in the other league they went the other way in reducing midfield spots in going back to 6-5-6-1. @redbull @Blummers32
Personally in this league it works out fine for me as I had a raft of pure midfielders, whilst in the other league it had a horrible effect as I’d already mapped out a 5 year plan only to have it flipped on it’s head. Just curious as this league went the way of what BBFL2 was doing and the other league resorted to themore traditional format.
