What’s Hayden Young’s contract status?

Doesn’t matter who they get with a dud coach.

How on earth can you tell Yze is a dud coach?

He’s working with an absolutely cooked list.

Having a dud coach, if Yze is indeed that, is ironically possibly the best thing if you want to bottom out completely for a few years and scoop the top end of the draft before getting in a capable coach

How many free kicks against? because they contribute to overall turnovers and are in a way double counted.

They make us a better side instantly. I like this strategy from Brad to bring in solid players that provide an upgrade on what we have, without breaking the bank.

Yeah it’s working so well at the minute.

And you get enough of them and it does break the bank.

Perryman is reportedly attracting offers of 800k/year, Cumming probably 500k (or more), add that to Gresham 700k, McKay 850k (ave) and you are c0€k blocking yourself from actually getting guys who might make a genuine difference. If we’d drafted well and the nucleus of a Premiership team was already there then it might make more sense. Just seems that this approach risks us perpetually staying on this mid table hamster wheel.

Fwiw, I don’t think we’re getting Perryman and Cumming anyway. Sounds like Cumming is likely staying and Perryman if he goes has Hawthorn and the two Adelaide sides who have been right into him for some time.

Urrggghhh. Looks like we are committed to going all out on that finals win.

Agree with this. I think he would be viewed as having upside, and is relatively expendable to us. Melbournes 2nd rounder this year is likely to be mid 20s which would be a good result.

It would mean we need to find a relief ruck solution if we aren’t playing 2 rucks. I don’t mind using Cox for this.

Was mentioned on the sash pod

Someone needs to replace Hep and Kelly.
May as well be Perryman.

I don’t see it as a bad thing as the younger guys develop around him. Also sends Martin to the wing or HFF.

I watch all giants games and don’t really rate perryman, just a good honest player, nothing special at all really. Cumming on the other hand is versatile and has a great leg on him.

There was a report dogs are into Bryan a fair bit, if English moves to WA its an easy sell for them.

Doesn’t he have suspect hamstrings? If so then the Hangar may not be for him!!
