Smith has said he’s staying at the Dogs, his manager has said it, Cal has said it yet the scenarios continue.
Where did he say this?
Assuming this is legit, was probably talking about Gresh. Edit: Oops missed the line about Gresh in there, interesting
No. Gresham already mentioned separately as done deal
And big name “hasn’t been mentioned yet”
Which at the time Oliver hadnt. Might be him. Might be someone else.
Thousands of posts in this thread ranging from desperation to absolute nuttiness, and then this. Well played, sir!

Yep, I misread, my bad
I’m not a big Wines guy but port could definitely get more for him than this
No. Wines is very undervalued in this scenario
he likes being at marvel stadium?
well i have some great news for him
I’m sort of just sick of drafting to be honest, we need to bring in actual quality players like teams that end up finding success do to compliment the young guys. Not just fill the gap type players but players that help push a team to its next stage.
We have a great player culture, all our players are friends, they’re all nice, we need some ■■■■, some guys who’d like to win, even if it upsets people.
Teams that do that have already done some serious drafting stages beforehand. We aren’t there yet
100% agree. Some times there is the bleeding obvious!
The club has stated we don’t want picks, we want players in this trade period.
But do carry on with making up scenarios that get us late picks, that we won’t use.
I reckon if we’d have dropped one more game and been sitting here with pick 5 (soon to be 6) we would take it to the draft.
But I reckon that given the draft trails off right around our pick that could well be the catalyst for looking to trade it for a known quantity.
Well if serious drafting is what we need to do then we won’t be doing it this year either with our abysmal draft hand.
Anyone that’s scared of trading 2x firsts for Clayton Oliver is a coward
