The 8 teams playing are given byes some point over the first 6 rounds, but not in round 1 or Gather round :crazy_face:

So those teams get 2 byes i guess.

It’s so they can pretend the “traditional” opening round, opening match is Tiggers v Bloosers.

I have an idea, let’s start the season earlier, but then let’s not talk about it that way and pretend like it’s not actually happening. Then have odd fixtures for a third of the season.

Either start the full season earlier and play an extra game or don’t.

Fark the AFL, fark Richmond and more importantly â– â– â– â–  Carlton.
