Some AFL Fantasy fun for adminsâŚ
When you leave an empty spot on the field, the system doesnât automatically add your emergency player to the score.
This is annoying as it means every round needs to be checked and adjusted for such situations.
Iâll go back and check the round 1 and 2 scores.
If you see any problems, please highlight them.
I donât have the time to go through and check the scores that thoroughly.

Some score adjustments that need to occur due to leaving blank positions on the field.
Round 1
Knights of Columbus - Tim Membrey score did not count.
Iâll update this later on with the Round 3 results.

Are we able to leave blank spots on the field, I wasnât able to in the other league (loophole didnât work and we werenât manually adjusting). Would be good to get absolute clarity
Yes you can. I encourage using it (even if it is a pain for me to check weekly).
Blank spots and loopholes are allowed to be used.
Seems odd that the website doesnât allow for it.
I think thatâs one barrier I donât want to lose otherwise, itâs not worth having the rolling lockout at all.
Also, I think the rule I posted last week needs some tweaking.
For me this week, I wanted to play Pickett in the midfield. But because the Monday teams hadnât been released and Pickett was the last game on Sunday, I almost risked taking a 0 in the forward line because I had no one else to name there given I was expecting McKenzie, Moore and Close to be selected.
It just needs to be loosened a little when the team sheets for the last game of the round arenât out until towards the end of the round.
