We badly need a Pickett type on our list, problem is he club is too scared to take a chance and reach for one. If one of our second picks is avalable, I hope we reach for one.

My concern is he’s going that well one of West Coast or Tigers will have to take him inside the top 4. Those big bodied mids that kick goals and move well don’t grow on trees.

I hate doing comparisons, but I see a bit of Fyfe there.
Uses the frame to mark, pushes fwd and can be a target, has a hunger to tackle and defend, took a while for it to click and be noticed.
Obviously a lot to play out for him to deserve the label (hence I hate saying it)
maybe but it might mean someone like Sharp or Duursma slips, and I’d be ok with that
