2025 draft spec

He looks like a good size too. Bit of a watch

He loves that handball over his head doesn’t he

I was just going to ask about NHH. Thanks for the write up.

Yep. I think we’d only offer such a deal on the night after they make their selection at #1

I just don’t think this would be done between clubs - as supporters we want to see the opposition farked over, but they all have working relationships and this would burn one.

I honestly have no idea what you mean by this.

Which will be Duursma. Or Uwland then Duursma.

NHH looks like the best prospect I’ve ever seen so far today.

Get the kid into the red and black Rosa.

Reminds me a bit of Clug

That’s a good comparison actually.

And yeah, that’s a mighty impressive performance. It can only be a good thing with our pick having the likes of NHH and Grlj re-stake their claims as high picks.

Other than his obvious upside as seen in this video.

I think his trio of strengths: running, marking and impactful skills, will translate pretty well to a HFF/forward half wing at AFL level, I think early McClug/Nik Martin/Dempsey are good comparisons of the role he’d be comfortable at.

If we ended with picks 4, 5, 6. I’ve already said that Id be taking best mid Cumming/Sharp, best KPF Marsh/Schubert and I’m starting to think NHH is the best option as an outside running type with the skill to have genuine scoreboard impact, especially as he’s one of the highest upside picks in the draft.

If we do have 3 top 10 picks, I like the idea of one of the picks swinging for the fences types that could be the best from the draft if they put it all together. Wouldn’t be as enamoured if we had two unless we could trade one down to a two teens picks and see if they are available at that point.

See above post. You get burnt.

The Bison continued with his dual wing and forward line role and seems to be becoming more comfortable in it over time. He was everywhere, taking marks as an outlet around the ground and deeper forward to set up goal scoring opportunities. He booted three and could have had more if his set shot kicking had been more accurate.

Is anyone actually confident that we’d take Josh Lindsay if he fell into our laps? I’m just not confident that the club (Brad?) would value an outside player with exquisite foot skills if they aren’t also the world’s best defensive runner.

Probably should have kicked 5-6. Interesting prospect. Great hands

I agree. I wonder also if Lindsay vanilla type game is something Rosa will be attracted too…. despite the much needed class the side needs

To me we absolutely must be taking as many picks as possible in the first round.

Assuming Lindsay, CDT, Duursma and Sharp are gone.

Then any 3 of Cumming. Grlj, NHH, Shubert or Marsh would be huge get. I would even consider trading one of the top 10 picks to 2 in the teens and grabbing two of Barker, Dovaston, Farrow, Ludowyke or Pillapou,
