First pick was auto pick with that ‘Enable pick confirmation modal’ to the right (blue circle) and it just took a player on my queue.no notification, no confirmation.
I’ve switch it to the left (white circle) and we’ll see what it does differently.

I’ve sent PMs to Wimmera, AVanderScreamer and Jefferson. That gets us to the last pick taken on Blitz. We should be into the live picks by the morning.
If you’re comfortable using the queue system, please use it as your pick gets near.
Be mindful if you have two picks nearby as it may auto pick both of them.
You should be able to see if the next few teams have auto pick activated, but it doesn’t always seem to work.
All I could see was smoten, awesome Scotty and I as auto pick but I’m sure JBaller’s pick was an auto pick too.

Probably didn’t turn on autopick. Or it’s an AFL Fantasy bug.
After this pick we’re into live drafting.

40 hours in and we haven’t even reached an already-selected pick 19 . We’ll all be able to draft based on selected round 1 teams at this rate

I’ve mucked around with @Windy_Dill on another draft.
The autopick function is good.
But every coach must make sure you fill players into the queue to cover how many picks you are away.
It’ll take from your queue as long as there are players in the queue. If it is empty, it’ll grab from the list. It looks like it won’t wait the full time limit of the pick, it’ll just take it for you as soon as your pick is up.
Once you’ve switched auto pick off, it can still take a pick from the queue. If you haven’t filled the queue since your last pick, it can act weird and autopick from the other list. So as long as you keep filling your queue it’ll take players from there.
Every coach needs to check in often enough. If a lot of people use auto pick, it could fly through the picks very quickly. It won’t wait for you to confirm the pick.

I actually think this is the best way forward. It would force coaches to fill their queue with enough players to prevent unwanted draft picks and get this draft moving.
If we average a pick every hour from right now, we will complete the draft next Friday morning, after R1 has started. At this current rate we will finish the draft in 16 days (at completion of R2).
We could give coaches 24 hours notice before setting up the one hour limit, it will give coaches enough time to get there ducks lined up.
