I like Hep and recognise he has never been a super penetrating kick but prior to the last year and a half he wouldn’t have a problem making the distance from a 35-40m set shot. Why now, with regularity is this happening?

If he is injured, where is the confirmation of this?

If so, can we carry someone who cannot execute a skill that 9/10 suburban footballers can do? i.e. making the distance from that range.

Probably knee or hip issue. Hepp is going to be permanently injured playing the inside role he now plays. The guy has put his hand up to be a battering ram for the team and almost single handedly turned our season around last year, might have to do the same this yr, in exchange for likely cutting his career short.

I’d go a bit easier on him.

Not from 35m out you wouldn’t be setting it up

I wonder if it’s to do with his goal kicking technique. Because on the run in open play he can normally kick 45min
