Would be interesting to know what McGrath signed on for on his last contract some said $500k or less. Redman at 750k I think is a bit steep given he hasnt got any accolades yet, Last year was his best year and probably deserved a top 3 Crichton finish but it went to Guelfi.
i think a good contract for these type of players is a very solid base amount with decent bonuses for hitting targets that require consistency and excellence. So it could be 750, but it needs the output to earn it.

I agree but heās considered one of the best in the game and is having an absolute mare
reading those comments from Redman is a bit ordinary.
im not ever one to begrudge players from extracting every last $ from footy clubs, but those comments are a bit unseemly. I dont think he answered that as well as he might have, and probably expect a bit more from an emerging leader.
