Very good servant of the club, will always remember him bursting onto the scene in 2007, everyone wanted to run like that in the school yard. Wouldn't have been easy shouldering the load at CHF since Lucas retired either.

Has always been a limited player, but he had a good run with us. Probably deserved one more year but is a victim of Jetta's contract.
Disagree. He wasn't always a limited player and at times had a pretty horrible run with injury. He's also not a victim of Jetta's contract. He's a victim of himself being out of contact, being the wrong age and having a below average season. Was an excellent little player at his best and is unlucky not to get another year. He's probably behind Winders, Chappy and Kommer for the small forward role and younger guys like Colyer and Merrett will also be given opportunities ahead of him. Good luck to the little fella!

Yeah and if Jetta didn't have one year left he would be gone and despite Davey's age we probably would have kept him as backup next year, because even if he had a below average season it was still far better than Jetta's.
And yes, we will have to disagree about him being limited.
