#3 Darcy "Darcy Parish" Parish - Shiel can play forward pocket instead

Trade to st kilda for seb ross

And if he gets it 13 times and canā€™t hit a target?

Heā€™ll get there. But he needs three weeks in the twos to rack up consecutive 30+s

Indication of development:

Clayton Oliver: Arrived at Melbourne overweight and slow. Trained him into the ground and turned him already into an elite player.

Darcy Parish: Maintained same level as first season.

I have no confidence that had we drafted Oliver heā€™d be the player he is.

I reckon we still would have picked Francis.

Heā€™s definitely Essendonā€™d

Would be All australian this year if he played at a swans or Hawks cos they would have developed what he showed in the first season.

With us heā€™s just pants.

His 1st year was terrific in a ā– ā– ā– ā–  team.

He has gone backwards. You cant just flat out blame the coaches.

Heā€™s a midfielder FFS. Midfielders hunt the ball and the good ones get it 25-35 times

He obviously aint that good

Probably would have been a good player at another club

Trade

Like Mutch, doesnt strike me having many attributes that will make him a ā€˜starā€™ in the AFL.

And his poor kicking just compounds that issue. Not even sure what to do with him TBO.

Maybe Barnz can tell us why he loves Parish so much?

In general we lack players with damaging, penetrating kicking. Parish falls in this category.

Overrated figjam!

Disposal by foot, under pressure,is his biggest issue besides getting it more.

I donā€™t think you know what that means.

Not if we picked Charlie Curnow.

Another top picks who development has been stunted by our development coaches.
