#3 Darcy Parish - signed to 2027

I share the same belief of others in here that the injury is more serious than just “awareness”. If Essendon injury management over the last two decades is anything to go by, I don’t think we’ll see Parish for a while. I hope to god I’m wrong, but I’m very worried I won’t be

Anyone who believes he hasnt re-injured himself probably still thinks Zach Reid came off as a precaution and is playing next week.

Same here.
Maybe it’s just my nervous apprehension, but I haven’t watched a team play this year yet and haven’t thought "we ain’t beating them’…

Except them. I reckon they are wooden spooners.

Of course you would say that. If you enjoy continually eating the clubs filth, be my guest.

We could replace the strength and conditioning team or start a hamstring harvesting program, they are our only two options

Parish out sucks but it might be the only way one or some of perkins, durham, caldwell, hobbs get a decent run in the middle at the moment.

Agree and over people banging on pre season about good a run we having with injuries. Massive mozz!

I Think out list list management has been pretty good tbh but the medical/fitness department nope.

Again, why name him if he isn’t 100% fit? Why even take that risk of further injury?
What happened to Brad’s whole won’t be playing if 100% fit mantra? Brad is a professional bullshit artist.

Can you answer any of the questions I asked? If you can, I won’t need to ask them

Parish felt good, trained, still felt good, was named, next day felt some tightness so they decided another week would be best.

So he’s reinjured himself

You can feel tight without injuring yourself

So why not play him then?
