Yes, the AFL are the arbiters of all truth. Good point.

He’s all class. But he’s soft like his father. If he can toughen up a bit, we have a hell of a player here.

He is gunna be a handful, just like his old man

Loving it!

Lol good on ya

You are an idiot

He’s clearly nervous, twice he has a stood strong in a mark and taken a decent hit. You’ve watched him for literally 5 mins maybe hold fire on calling him soft

I think he will be better than his old man and I loved Al Snr.

I said he is all class. But he has no aggression or physicality.

I think his tackling and pressure has been good.

Loving this game, well done son.

Are you at the game?

You seriously miss his pressure acts on TV.

Pics or you’re not at the game.

Read my post. He has all skills and speed. But no physicality. Does that mean I think he’s useless? No. He’s exciting to watch like his father, that doesn’t mean we can’t be honest and say what aspect of his game he needs to work on. Don’t worry, he’s not the only one.

I reckon that’s suuuuper harsh on Alwyn Davey Jr.

Keep in mind almost every player he ever tried to tackle or take on was bigger than him (many significantly so). It did show on rare occasions.

Davey3 should fill out to be a bit bigger than his old man. Got 2 inches on him or so. Certainly shows the class. In juniors he was playing a de facto midfield role and didn’t look at all timid, hopefully that’s how he plays AFL when he’s 20-21.
