#37 Dylan Alwyn Clarke - at Woodville West Torrens

did you happen to be playing the eagles Ace?

Nope. He met with 4 clubs over the weekend. Norwood were fairly confident but did admit that his friendship with Kobe Mutch could be a factor and I’m guessing a chance to play for a better side too. Another kick in the guts after we had signed Naish only for West Coast to steal him last week

Good for Dylan. 3 mature agers from WWT found their way onto AFL lists this off season. Wont surprise me if Dyl does the same come season end.

My understanding is he is still aiming to get on a list mid season. A couple of AFL clubs apparently keeping an eye on him

I honestly don’t know but I doubt it.

Don’t think we can

3rd paragraph?

Assume he nominated himself, given he trained on.

Very handy … and cursed.

I suppose one shouldn’t give up.

It rather reminds me of another similar mid delisted by the Bombers a few years back; Nick O’Brien. Its a simple calculation. Its not enough to win the footy, which both certainly could do , its what a player does with the ball after winning it.

The thing is after being delisted, Nick did really well in Adelaide being runner up in the Margery Medal, came back to “footy central” in Melbourne and played in our VFL side, but that form did not really continue or even build.

Nick is currently working in commercial real estate in Melbourne

OK, don’t give up, but it a really hard journey back into the big time.

Nothing wrong with making 1500$ a week playing amateur footy and still having a job on the outside.

fighting words calling the SANFL amateur footy.

He probably isn’t even on that playing SANFL. Would get a lot more playing ammos
