Wing and only wing.
Holmes is a good shout, but heâs actually been far more involved in CBAs recently - 69% the last couple weeks
Think a few on here were talking about Martin as a possible CBA player when he first started, if thatâs where he ends up weâd be better for it
He does manage to weave in and out of space like pendelbury at times.
tis a hard one to judge, cos if your direct turnover doesnât result in a score, but it results in the ball being camped in your def 50 cos of said turnover , and then they score a couple of mins later, itâs not going to show up on any list is it ?

This year, Martin is averaging 4.6 score involvements a game, but 5.8 turnovers. So he is -1.2 overall
In all of his previous years he has had a positive score involvement to turnover ratio
you canât assume that each of his turnovers results in a score though.
we average 67 turnovers a game and on average we conceded 50 points a game on turnover. letâs call that 7.8 for the sake of the exercise so 15 scoring shots generated from 67 turnovers so around 20 % of our turnovers result in a score against.i canât tell you whether that holds for martin but my guess is itâs around 2 or 3 of his 6 turnovers which cost us scores against on average. so overall his contribution is clearly positive and thatâs before you consider his defensive impact - intercepts, ground ball gets inside defensive 50, spoils etc.
he is having a couple of bad turnovers each game (like every attacking half back in the league) but itâs being wildly over blown IMO.
his turnover numbers are not terribly different to guys playing his position
look at all the 'fake good kicksâ on that list (list is sorted by med defender - average coaches votes per game)

yeah, and a turnover may also cost us a scoring shot too
that could be a game changer
it was the kings birthday game last year where martin absolutely ripped carlton apart playing in the middle
Just heard Martin strained his hammy and wonât be playing in this Sundayâs gameâŚ
Jack Martin, that isđ
Reported (Also Iâm pretty sure itâs a calf )

Jesus Christ, had me in the first half
Just a quick one for everyone in here.
Many people have Nic in their rolling All Aus teams, so despite all the complaining about his kicking , I think he is going okay.

So just to be clear, not Dusty thenâŚ
FWD or BACK?
The half-forwardest half-forward that ever half-forwardedâŚ
Wake the â â â â up Brad and leave him forward
Keep him in the forward 50 you â â â â â â â peanuts!
And many people are wrong. He is so far off AA at half back itâs ridiculous.
A terrible game by Martin. Bad goal kicking. Slipping over multiple times. Allowing his man in the first half to take uncontested marks.

Just a quick one for everyone in here.

Citation needed.
Had a very good third. Garbage for the other 3 quarters. Wing is fine. Forward experiment is tempting.
4 shots on goal in basically 1.5quarters forward.
