Ah, no. Zaharakis was eligible to be drafted for two years, but that was because back then under-agers could be drafted. That can't happen anymore (it was the reason the 2009 draft was compromised despite neither GCS/GWS being involved as well as the 2010 and 2011 drafts). So Zaharakis wasn't an over-ager as is being talked about here.
Don't know if Goldsack fell into the same circumstances.
