Well said Rom. When Bryan is fit & match fit heāll probably move into Ruck 1. That could release Blakiston into the backline and force McKay to improve or go to the VFL. Either way I think Blakiston is an improvement on our list. Another successful MSD pick-up!

Ok we get it, you donāt like him.
He is better than Draper and 1/3 of the price. He will also play more games and when Bryan is fit to go and good enough to break into the side, Blaki can play in defence cause the blokes we have down there are made of glassā¦

Thread already clocks into 4 figures since jumping on board from last yearās MSD. Does pretty well from the get-go when all else around fell like flies and our season turned into a dumpster fire.
Scores a new deal .. adapting well to the new ruck rules.
Now leading the younger Bombers into 2026 and hardly been at Tulla five minutes. Putting a good first pre-season in as well .. if you donāt mind.
Somehow, Rosa and the Bombers find another diamond in the MSD rough. No complaints, no drama. Just gets on with it, works hard and contests. Ticks all 'round for this goer.

Ruckman arenāt important, most overrated position on the groundā¦.
In fairness he needs chop out. When Bryan comes back we will play two rucks. Hopefully Vigo starts dominating the VFL

I disagree. Our midfield canāt function if the ruckmen isnāt competitive. They can only be reactive and thatās not what you want.

Also the only reason Draper will be good at Brisbane is because Brisbane will make him look good.

Draper was very good last year until he got injured. One of the main reasons we won 6 of first 10 games.

I donāt think he was too bad. Just needs to build his tank.
Battled hard.
Still looks agile around the ground, but it seems stronger ruckman will out body and out mark him.

Competed hard but I expected more in open play and around the ground. Tough assignment against 2 big ruck men.
