You’re also describing one Dustin Fletcher - who was a two-time all-Australian and despite his ‘high centre of gravity’ had no problem playing on the best small forwards of the game (as well as the best talls).
I’m not saying that Tuth will play 400 games for us (can only hope) - but I see no issue with his body type. In fact, he could develop into a Nathan Lovett-Murray style of utility. Coincidentally, NLM also used to play for Collingwood VFL and was picked by Essendon.

Just to clarify. I don’t mind if he plays. But he’s nowhere near ready. And should not be anywhere near the ruck.
But happy to see what he could do at AFL level.
